3. THE BRIEF
The future of learning

A workshop was planned with the goal of being a fast paced, high-participation event for People Analytics team members and leaders, designed for people who were the primary translators of data between the organisation and People Leadership teams.

The teams approached me to design and deliver a high impact keynote to kick off the session.

I designed a bespoke, engaging, high impact, interactive keynote with actionable insights and takeaway tips.
The session was designed to set the tone for the workshop, to inspire the teams, generating meaningful discussion and interactivity. The goal was to enable both organisations to harness the true power of their data and ultimately deliver measurable business outcomes.
