4. Think big but start small
Shape your ultimate networked vision and start with small pilots, bring teams together to collaborate then test, learn, iterate.
5. Seek out untapped talent
Keep your eyes open for talent hidden in unexpected places, then develop, nurture and grow through cross functional projects, mentoring and and working groups.
6. Be a rule breaker
Teams and functions who wouldn’t traditionally align can create unexpected value when enabled to work together. Forget the rules and create your own.
