From HR Admin to HR Transformation
HR has always been about people, but too often outdated systems, complex processes, and legacy thinking get in the way of what truly matters: creating an HR function that drives real impact for our people, organisations, and customers. I know first-hand the challenges HR teams face - I also know how to fix this.
I’ve spent over 25 years in HR, leading transformation on a global scale, working across industries and geographies to rethink how HR delivers value. Before launching my consultancy, I was Global Head of Talent Excellence at Rolls-Royce, where I led award-winning transformation initiatives that reshaped talent strategies, built cross-functional collaboration and delivered measurable business outcomes. But my journey didn’t start there.
A Passion for Transformation
I’ve always been drawn to solving complex challenges, breaking down barriers and making the impossible - possible. Starting my career in HR admin, I saw how HR teams were often buried in complexity, struggling with inefficiencies, and missing opportunities to deliver real business value. I knew there was a better way.
So I set out to change the way HR works. To help organisations transform. And that’s why I created High Impact HR - a people-centred approach to HR transformation and a practical toolkit. To simplify complexity, optimise and redesign processes and tech and build exceptional employee experiences, creating lasting business impact and saving £Millions. High Impact HR is built on my experience delivering award-winning transformation globally, aligning HR with business strategy and ensuring HR functions don’t just support the business, they drive it forward. It's transformation that delivers.
