2. BACKGROUND & BRIEF

Building HR capabilities for the future

ArcelorMittal were kicking off the second year of their webinar series “Building HR capabilities for the future”. The series was part of their learning strategy for the global HR function, designed to up-skill their teams with the latest thinking and concepts. The brief for this session was to deliver a workshop on the topic of technology to help the teams become “digitally savvy”.

4. MY APPROACH

A custom designed, interactive workshop

​

I designed a bespoke workshop that was interactive and engaging with simple yet actionable insights which attendees could take back to their desks and start using straight away. The goal was to enable the HR function to unlock the power of their technology and ensure their digital solutions were working hard for them, ultimately delivering better business outcomes.
